Every Signature project begins with a short discovery call to better understand your budget & goals. If we’re the right fit, we’ll schedule a complimentary on-site consultation to evaluate your property and begin crafting a custom lighting design tailored to your home.
Live On-Site Lighting Demonstration
We don't expect you to just take our word for how good your lighting design is going to look. Instead, we come out to your property and do a live demonstration using real fixtures. This allows you to experience the Signature different - before making any commitment.
Bespoke Design & Proposal
Following your demonstration, we develop a detailed lighting design customized to your property’s architecture and landscaping. You’ll receive a clear, detailed lighting plan outlining the fixture selections, placement strategy and investment requirement. The proposal will detail exactly what you can expect.
Meticulous Installation
Our expert installation team installs your lighting design with attention to every detail. We use premium, American-made fixtures and discreet installation methods to ensure a clean, professional result. Installation includes everything that you need to bring your lighting portrait to life.
Final Walkthrough & Adjustments
Following installation, our design team walks the property at night to fine-tune your lighting portrait. Our goal is to make your property look better than you could ever imagine. We are so proud of every lighting portrait we do - we put our Signature on it.
Ongoing Maintenance & Service
In order to keep your lighting design looking great for years to come, we offer ongoing service agreements. From seasonal adjustments to full system checks, we make sure your lighting looks as perfect as the day it was installed. The best part: Every install includes the first year's maintenance visit at no additional cost.
